The Brand Strategist / Project Manager (BSPM) is integral to creating and
executing comprehensive brand strategies, with a focus on real estate.
The BSPM partners closely with the Creative Director (CD) and Business
Developer (BD) to drive the brand strategy from initial development
through to final asset delivery, ensuring alignment with the client's vision.
Acting as the primary client contact, the BSPM collaborates daily with the
CD to manage timelines, resources, and budgets. Together, they develop
strategic playbooks and ensure all brand elements reflect the original
strategic objectives, adapting as needed to support evolving client goals.
The BD, who initiates and sustains client relationships, stays engaged
throughout the project to maintain continuity and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities
/Client Relationship and Strategy Development.

Serve as the primary client liaison, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

Develop comprehensive brand strategies, including vision, mission, tone of voice, key messages, brand architecture, brand positioning, and SWAT Analysis.

Work with the Creative Director to bring brand strategies to life through assets that resonate with client objectives.

Partner with the Business Developer to identify opportunities to expand project scope, providing additional strategic services aligned with client goals.
/Campaign Coordination and Project Management

Oversee the entire brand strategy process, from development to execution, managing schedules, resources, and budgets.

Work collaboratively with the Creative Director and Business Developer, ensuring project phases are seamlessly aligned with client requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets, including renderings, branding materials, and films.

Facilitate open and consistent communication with leadership to ensure unified project objectives and client alignment.

Identify and resolve issues proactively, making adjustments to project plans to maintain alignment with client objectives and deadlines.
/Playbook Creation and Asset Management

Create and maintain a brand playbook detailing project phases, deliverables, and KPIs.

Ensure all assets align with the original brand strategy and guidelines, adjusting to maintain relevance and impact.

Collaborate with the Creative Director to monitor quality and brand consistency across all deliverables.
/Team Leadership and Collaboration

Foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with the Creative Director and project teams.

Lead and motivate project teams, encouraging open feedback and proactive problem-solving.

Work with the Business Developer to ensure the client’s evolving needs are consistently met, creating a cohesive experience.
/Reporting and Budgeting

Manage and report on project budgets in collaboration with the Financial Controller and Directors.

Provide regular updates on project progress, client satisfaction, and any risks or opportunities to the Managing Director.
/Strategic Flexibility and Adaptation

Stay agile, adjusting strategies based on outcomes, client feedback, or market shifts.

Integrate feedback from clients, the Creative Director, and the Business Developer.

Skill/Experience
/Proven experience in brand strategy and project management, ideally within a real estate-focused agency or similar environment.
/Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies, including vision, mission, tone of voice, and brand positioning for real estate.
/Experience working on a minimum of three brand strategies for major developers in the UAE.
